Jacqui provides support to RPS Partnership on operations and training. She is also an experienced risk management consultant and trainer. She has provided security training and consultancy services for a range of donors (DFID, USAID), Stabilisation Unit, FCO, UN Agencies and NGO, in addition to UK Military Headquarters and NATO. Most recently, she delivered training for RPS Partnership in Crisis Management to the Headquarters of an international oil corporation in Oman.
Jacqui served with UK Army logistics for 18 years specialising in Food procurement as well as working with a broad range of other commodities. For 2½ of her final 3 years she served in Sierra Leone; firstly, as the first female Observer for the UN and then returning to command the Sierra Leone Army Supply Services Squadron responsible for reconstructing the logistic and supply chain processes post-civil war.
For the UN Mission she set up a Hostage Reception centre hosted the Scotland Yard negotiation Team, ran the Mission logistics and was their first Humanitarian liaison Officer; which sparked her interest in using her skills in support of humanitarian emergency response. She has worked for international NGOs; including the International Medical Corps as their Deputy/then Acting Head of Global Logistics. As a consultant she has re-written Logistics manuals and set up logistic staff training for Trauma Surgical Units – an air portable surgery/ward complex. She returned to Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis as Technical Consultant on Mission for the World Health Organisation.
