Whether you are new to training or an experienced trainer but don't have a qualification in training, this may be your solution.

RPS offers "Train the Trainer" courses. We can offer a Level 3 award in Training and Education over 5 days. This will allow you to train post 16 students in any educational establishment and is designed for people who want a minumum qualification to teach. This award replaces the old PTTLS -  Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

We also offer a 3 day course which is called the "Level 3 Award in Training – Principles and Practice" and this covers understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training, which  is part of the Level 3 in Education and Training

Both courses help the trainers apply the theory of learning to the design of programmes, presentations, demonstrations and exercises.  The trainers then practice these skills in a presentational setting.

RPS also offers longer train the trainer courses, whereby more advanced techniques are used and then trainers can be also be mentored whilst running their own courses.

Both courses are accredited. All RPS trainers of trainers hold a PGCE or DTLLS qualification and have a qualified teacher status.Contact us now for more details [email protected]
