In the RPS Partnership team we are proud of our diversity and the breadth of experience and world-class skills that we bring to you. With Caroline Neil, our Managing Director, at the helm, the consultancy team is led by her with our training team being led by Cath Mossom; both of whom have honed their skills both in the UK and in a worldwide context.
We have a team of 20 Lead Consultants and Trainers, all of whom are qualified trainers and many of whom have a dual role carrying out our security consultancy. All our lead consultants each bring an average of 25-30 years of experience of working globally in some of the most hazardous and hostile environments. We have a variety of expertise required to tackle your most complex problems. Our backgrounds are diverse and range from those who have worked for NGOs, the emergency services; including police, ambulance and military as well as the FCO and commercial organisations.
Our training team are all qualified trainers and hold nationally recognised qualifications in training as well as First Aid and some hold advanced trauma certificates, as well as paramedic accreditation.
We have a UK based team of consultants and trainers as well those who love and reside overseas based in Spain, Germany, Malta, Kenya, France and Jordan. We also have associate consultants and partners living in other countries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia and we particularly specialise in providing female trainers and consultants.

2020 sees us partnered with AACCES in Niger to offer Hostile Environment Training and driver training so that staff resident in the region can easily access the training. This month sees us also establishing a partnership with Better Bodies UK, one of the leading training providers for mental health training in the UK.
